At Sato Comprehensive Planning, we aim to accurately read the changes in social conditions and, without losing our sense of current position, continue to ask society questions through architecture and remain connected to it.
To that end, we would like to present a new idea regarding the organization’s structure – the Cross-Breed Association.
The black line indicates the main workflow, and each department will enhance its expertise to serve clients and contribute to society.
This is characteristic of the red line shown here.
It is a process of deeply exploring individual abilities and potential and expanding them into various fields.
Each individual takes on multiple positions, holds multiple themes (in the form of green text), anticipates the future, ponders ideas, and never stops moving forward.
Like a neural tissue, it connects in all directions.
We will also leverage external networks.
By demonstrating the action power that inspires diverse thinking, we will pursue a new way of organizing the organization.
